Ever feel like you’re going to stay entrapped in a bad situation forever and ever? Ever feel like God is never going to show up and save the day? Ever wonder when the Bible-story miracle is going to show up in your life? Well guess what! It’s coming. In God’s timing and in God’s way he is going to bring freedom to your situation. 430 years is a long time. The last day of that 430 years is even longer. The children of Israel most certainly questioned whether God had forgotten them. Some surely wondered if God even existed as their forefathers had explained. And through it all God was there and caring for His people, anticipating the day when He would lead them out of their enslavement.

I can’t tell you how long you may be held in Egypt. But I can tell you that it will not be a day longer than He knows is best. In the meantime, we must trust Him, and worship Him, and love those He places in our paths.
